TunaFish is happy to announce the launch of the (English) TunaFish website!
The aim of this TunaFish initiative is to help independent travellers (backpackers) get in contact with quality local tourism companies. For example tour operators, travel agencies, language schools, voluntary work projects and hotels & hostels. Travellers can suggest their favourite company to be listed (and add a review) or view reviews added by other travellers.
Local tourism companies have the possibility to be listed (and offer a discount to TunaSpecial members). Travellers can become TunaSpecial member, to support the initiative and to get discounts at participating local tourism companies.
We hope that this TunaFish initiative will stimulate local economies. Next to that we believe this is the most interesting way to travel (and in most cases the cheapest way too :-)).
